We had an amazing experience at Shampooch. We have an 8month 40kg Tibetan Mastiff with a double coat who had some of her undercoat shed that we couldn't get off her.

This was her first groom and we were anxious about her behaviour for her first time.

The staff at Shampooch were responsive to this and allowed out dog to have some visits to the salon to get used to the place. They clearly communicated the service expectations and took their time to be thorough. We received updates and photos which was lovely.

The price was great for the size of our dog, and now she looks feels, and smells amazing.

This was our fur baby's second visit to Shampooch, Carley and her team do a wonderful job of grooming our boy.

When I come back to pick him up he smells and looks fantastic. They do such a great job I highly recommend them.
